In April 2013, Anne Mumbi Waiguru was sworn in as the Cabinet Secretary for Devolution and Planning. She diligently performed her duties in the first year of her tenure (2013, 2014).
In 2015-2016:
● The demon visited Waiguru, probably at night, and that's when Waiguru sold her integrity to the devil (corruption).
● Statehouse and the Jubilee Party protected Waiguru during & after she oversighted the NYS looting (Ksh 1.8b).
● The ODM Party & Opposition rallied for Waiguru's resignation from the Devolution docket.
● In Nov 2016, Anne Waiguru resigned from the cabinet but was cleared by puppets like DCI and EACC
In 2017:
● The Jubilee Party, IEBC, EACC, and Kirinyaga voters supported or enabled Anne Waiguru to successfully run for the gubernatorial seat.
● During the first year as the governor for Kirinyaga County, Anne Mumbi Waiguru performed her duties and served the people of Kirinyaga well.
● Nov 2018, Anne Waiguru was hosted by Raila Odinga at his Capitol Hill office for the sanitation process. They kissed off their political differences; Anne Waiguru even dropped a court case against Raila Odinga.
● In Dec 2019, the much-anticipated sanitization took place. At his offices in Nairobi, Raila Odinga sanitized Waiguru, "kwa muosho moja tu" (in only one wash).
June 9, 2020:
● 80% of Kirinyaga MCAs impeached Waiguru (gross misconduct, abuse of office)
June 29, 2020:
● The ODM Party &Kieleweke politicians acquitted Waiguru during the Senate impeachment (BBI politics in play).
● Hustler Nation (Tangatanga) pushed for Anne Waiguru's removal from the office of the governor.
May-Sept 2021:
● After the BBI fraud was defeated, Waiguru stopped supporting Raila Odinga as she was indeed losing her backyard.
Oct 2021:
● Waiguru decamped from the dying Jubilee to UDA. The ground had shifted in favour of her 2022 gubernatorial opponent who is none other than Purity Ngirici, the current woman representative for Kirinyaga County.
● Almost 90% of Kirinyaga MCAs who'd impeached Waiguru accompanied her to Karen.
● Tangatanga politicians who'd supported Waiguru's impeachment welcomed her to the Hustler Nation movement.
Oct 29, 2021:
● EACC and DCI visited Waiguru; only this time not as a friend. But, probably for supporting William Ruto, corruption or abuse of office charges, which the ODM Party, ANC, KANU, Wiper, FordKenya &Kieleweke senators had acquitted her.
● The ODM Party &Kieleweke celebrate Waiguru's arrest. Calling for EACC, and the DPP to fully prosecute Waiguru for these charges, which were themselves acquitted in the Senate last year.
● UDA &Tangatanga politicians rallied against Waiguru's arrest, terming it political intimidation.
Note: Uhuru Kenyatta, William Ruto, Raila Odinga, Musalia Mudavadi and Kalonzo Musyoka each has [at one point] supported, protected, enabled and criticized Anne Mumbi Waiguru.
