New Zealand: 5.4 million people. 

869 vehicles per 1000 people; 

No. of Vehicles: 

= (86.9% of 5.4 million) 

= 4,692,600 

≈ 4.7 million Vehicles

No. of Vehicles: 

= (3.3% of 1.4 billion)

Note: I haven't checked, but I assume that New Zealand has higher percentage of #EVs compared to India.
