Deadly Gen Z Protests Rock Nepal After Social Media Ban — Shadoww News

Deadly Gen Z Protests Rock Nepal After Social Media Ban

Youth-led anti-government protests in Kathmandu turned deadly after authorities moved to block access to 26 major social media platforms. What started as a fight for digital freedom escalated into a broader confrontation over corruption and poor governance.

On September 4, 2025, the Nepali government restricted access to 26 major social platforms — including Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram and X — saying the companies failed to comply with new registration rules. The move immediately enraged young Nepalis who depend on these services for education, livelihoods and free expression.

Tens of thousands of protesters — many identifying as Gen Z — converged on Maitighar Mandala and the area around the Federal Parliament on September 8. Demonstrators demanded an end to the blanket censorship and called for accountability on long-standing grievances: corruption, nepotism and systemic governance failures.

Clashes intensified when some demonstrators attempted to push past security perimeters. Authorities used tear gas, water cannon, rubber bullets and, according to multiple reports, live ammunition. The confrontation left an estimated 14–19 people dead and more than 100 injured, while a curfew was imposed in key parts of Kathmandu.

The crackdown has prompted political fallout: high-profile resignations were reported, and civil liberties groups have urged an independent investigation into the excessive use of force. International human rights organizations have condemned the violence and called for accountability.

While the social media ban was the immediate catalyst, protesters say it exposed deeper problems — an entrenched political class disconnected from a generation that measures opportunity and dignity online. The protests have also shone a spotlight on elite privilege, with viral campaigns criticizing the lavish lifestyles of political families.

As Nepal faces mounting domestic and international pressure, the country's trajectory remains uncertain. For many young Nepalis the question is no longer only about access to apps — it's about whether the country's institutions will respond to calls for real reform.

WanTam is Not Noise, It’s a Nation Waking Up

๐Ÿ“ฐ The WanTam Weekly: WanTam is Not Noise, It’s a Nation Waking Up

By Ruzeki | Shadoww News | August 29, 2025

They say we’re just noisy. That we’re being used. That WanTam is a tantrum. But here’s what they don’t get — WanTam is not a trend. It’s a temperature check. And Kenya is burning with the fury of broken promises, impunity and youthful clarity.

๐Ÿšซ This Is Bigger Than Mr Ruto

Let’s get one thing straight — WanTam didn’t begin with Ruto, and it won’t end with him. He just happens to be the loudest example of what’s wrong: Power that mocks the people. Leaders who forget who hired them. Campaigners who prayed in public and loot without fear.

๐ŸŽญ “Peace and empowerment” is the New Scam

Now they preach peace and empowerment— like they mean silence. But we’re not confused. Real peace, empowermentand stabilityof a nation comes from justice and respect for the rule of law, not from a bored citizens with State House invitations. You can’t ask for calm while robbing the hungry like they are doing with the Social Health Authority (SHA saga). You can’t call for national unity and compensation while mocking jobless graduates and youti as lazy TikTokers, and confused generation.

๐Ÿ“‰ The Signs of Panic Are Everywhere:

  • Abductions and suppression of dissents for tweets.
  • Cabinet reshuffles every time someone sneezes on X.
  • State-sponsored influencers pushing hashtags no one believes.
  • Sudden invitations of mama mbogas to State House after viral videos expose suffering.
  • State-sponsored goons to attack opposition events.

๐Ÿ”Ž So Let’s Be Clear

WanTam is not sponsored. WanTam is not tribal. WanTam is not emotional.

It’s strategic. It’s fearless. It’s focused.

We’re organizing. We’re registering. We’re remembering every betrayal, every insult, every PR tour disguised as empowerment.

๐Ÿ“ข Youth Are Not the Problem

We are the solution this country refuses to unleash. Every time they belittle us, abduct us, or pretend not to hear us — we get louder, sharper, more united.

๐ŸŽฏ Power Quote: “When youth rise in anger, it’s not noise — it’s a report card. And this blood-based regime is failing.”

๐Ÿ”ฅ Closing Shot

They fear us not because we riot — but because we reason. Because we’ve stopped worshiping and praising titles. Because we ask hard questions.

WanTam is a warning, a prophecy, and a promise. 2027 is not a date. It’s a destination, and we’ll meet you there, vote in hand, and livestream receipts; hakuna kuiba kura zetu!

The Power of Handouts — and How to Beat the Game

The Power of Handouts — and How to Beat the Game

The Power of Handouts — and How to Beat the Game

By Ruzeki | Shadoww News | August 16, 2025

In Kenya, handouts are the oldest trick in the political playbook. When promises collapse and delivery stalls, politicians reach for the one tool that never fails: cash.

During campaigns, they parade through towns and villages, stuffing crumpled notes into the hands of desperate voters. The going rate? Between 50 and 1000 shillings. It’s cheap politics, but it works — because hunger, poverty, and broken systems make voters easy targets.

“When you can’t deliver on promises, you buy your way into power. The current regime is perfecting on this tactic.”

Today, the handouts game has evolved. Leaders are no longer handing out coins under the cover of night — they’re packaging it as ‘empowerment programs,’ ‘development funds,’ or ‘hustler initiatives.’ Whether it’s 64 shillings or 2000 shillings, it’s the same poison, just dressed up in a new bottle.

So how do we beat the game?

By flipping the script. Take the money — because after all, it’s your money being recycled back to you. But when you step into that ballot booth, vote with your conscience, not your stomach. Handouts can feed you for a day, but your vote can secure your future for five years.

Challenge to my Followers: Normalize eating politicians’ handouts without letting them buy your loyalty. Accept the bribe if you must — but when it matters most, cast your vote for leaders who will actually fight for you. Sema WanTam!

Beyond Ruto: 12 Ways to Rebuild a Fairer Kenya!

By RuzekiShadoww News

July 30, 2025

As President Ruto’s term nears its end, Kenya stands at a crossroads. Years of broken promises, deepening inequality, and political deceit have left the nation weary, but not defeated. The future depends not on recycled rhetoric, but on bold action and honest leadership.

In this piece, I lay out 12 urgent reforms Kenya must embrace to heal, rebuild, and rise. It’s time to move beyond the failures of the past and build a country that truly works for all.

Twelve Fixes for a Broken Republic

As we inch closer to the end of the Ruto regime, one truth stands out: Kenya cannot afford to go back to the same broken systems that brought us here. The status quo has failed for decades, and under President Ruto, it became harsher, more extractive, and dangerously deceptive.

He came into office preaching hustler nation and bottom-up economics, but Kenyans quickly discovered the truth: pesa I will not use police for political persecution, pesa mfukoni, etc were all lies. What followed instead was crushing taxation, skyrocketing debt, institutional capture, youth disillusionment, and a country held hostage by impunity.

But this is not the end. It’s a turning point.

If Kenya is to recover and thrive, we must build a future rooted in fairness, opportunity, and accountability. This starts by registering and voting out President Ruto in 2027. A new social and economic order, designed not to benefit the political elite, but to serve all Kenyans.

Here are 12 urgent priorities that must define our path forward:

1. Reduce Over-Taxation

The Kenyan taxpayer has been squeezed to the brink. We must ease the tax burden on individuals and businesses to spur economic activity and restore dignity to everyday life.

For this to happen, Ruto must go!

2. Cut External and Domestic Borrowing

Our debt levels are unsustainable. It’s time to prioritize local productivity and fiscal responsibility over endless loans that mortgage our future.

For this to happen, Ruto must go!

3. Eliminate Corruption

Graft has hollowed out our public institutions. We need bold anti-corruption enforcement at all levels, no sacred cows, no political shields.

For this to happen, Ruto must go!

4. Fix Healthcare Access

Healthcare should not be a luxury. Every Kenyan deserves access to affordable, quality medical services without having to beg or bribe or be forced to pay an amount they can't afford.

For this to happen, Ruto must go!

5. Fund and Reform Education

A strong nation begins with an educated people. We must invest in our schools, colleges, and universities and modernize them to prepare students for today’s job market.

For this to happen, Ruto must go!

6. Let the Private Sector Thrive

The government cannot do it all, and it shouldn’t try. Let businesses innovate, build, and deliver services, especially in housing, infrastructure, and technology, i.e without state capture or bureaucratic sabotage.

For this to happen, Ruto must go!

7. End Discrimination in Youth Employment

Merit must replace connections. The next government must create systems that ensure fair and equal opportunity for all young Kenyans, regardless of tribe, background, or surname.

For this to happen, Ruto must go!

8. Uphold Human Rights

No more abductions, police brutality, or silencing of dissent. The state must protect its people, not persecute or kill them.

For this to happen, Ruto must go!

9. Free Independent Institutions

Institutions like the Judiciary, EACC, IEBC, the Auditor General’s office, Parliament, Judiciary and Police must be shielded from executive interference. Without their independence, democracy is a shell.

For this to happen, Ruto must go!

10. Implement the Constitution Fully

The 2010 Constitution wasn’t just a document, it was a promise. That promise must be fulfilled in full, not cherry-picked for political survival.

William Ruto never supported the 2010 Constitution. It’s no surprise he’s now undermining it at every turn.

For our Constitution to be respected, Ruto must go!

11. Champion Manufacturing and Investment

Kenya must stop relying on imports and the agriculture sector. We need pro-investment policies that make manufacturing attractive, create jobs, and grow our economy from within.

For this to happen m, Ruto must go!

12. End Lies and Impunity

Kenya has suffered enough from dishonest leaders and empty promises. The next era must be grounded in truth, transparency, and real accountability.

For this to happen, Ruto must go!

We Build Differently This Time

Kenya deserves more than survival. We deserve progress, equity, and a leadership that respects the people, not just during campaigns, but every day in office.

This time, we don’t just vote. We demand better.

PRESIDENT RUTO'S 2027 RUNNING MATE HEADACHE⚠️

By RuzekiShadoww News

July 27, 2025

As the 2027 general election draws closer, President William Ruto finds himself cornered by political realities he can no longer ignore. With mounting public discontent, a fractured base, and a united opposition playing smart and silent, Ruto is desperately searching for a running mate who can inject life into his fading re-election bid. His attempts to woo Wiper leader Dr. Kalonzo Musyoka signal just how high the stakes are, and how uncertain his strategy has become after impeaching DP Rigathi Gachagua.

The Desperation Behind the Running Mate Chess Game ♟️

President William Ruto is in political panic mode, and it’s showing. In a high-stakes gamble ahead of the 2027 presidential election, emissaries from the State House have reportedly been dispatched to court Wiper Party leader Dr. Kalonzo Musyoka to join the Kenya Kwisha government.

This is part of a larger "41 vs 1" political scheme; an ethnic arithmetic strategy aimed at isolating the Murima bloc and giving Ruto a fighting chance at re-election.

But here’s the kicker, Kalonzo may be the one holding all the aces this time round. Thanks to Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua’s growing influence in shaping the next political dispensation. Kalonzo now stands the strongest chance of becoming Kenya’s 6th president in 2027.

Sources close to the power corridors reveal that Ruto is considering dropping his current selected Deputy Prof. Kithure Kindiki, as his 2027 running mate. Instead, he wishes to pick Kalonzo, banking on his influence in Ukambani and his growing national appeal.

But should Kalonzo reject the overtures, Ruto has a weak backup plan: Homa Bay Governor Gladys Wanga, an ally of Raila Odinga. The hope is that Wanga might swing the Luo vote in his favor, especially in the event of Raila's retirement from active politics.

And if all else fails, Ruto is left with only one fallback: CS Musalia Mudavadi or Speaker Moses Wetang’ula. But insiders fear that if the current regime collapses under the weight of economic pressure and public dissatisfaction, these options might crash with him.

In essence, Ruto’s 2027 running mate decision isn’t just a headache, it’s his toughest political test yet.

Meanwhile, the opposition is playing professional chess. DP Gachagua and the WanTam camp are keeping their cards close. According to Gachagua (while in the U.S), announcing a presidential candidate now would give President Ruto a clear target for harassment and intimidation.

And as for the manifesto? Dr. Kalonzo made it clear: they’ll release their plan on their own terms, not to please Ruto, but for Kenyans to scrutinize and approve. This came after Ruto requested the opposition to show him their agenda.

Ruto wants to see their roadmap. What he’s getting instead is a political middle finger. A very smart and strategic political move.

To every Kenyan reading this article, the time to act is now. Ruto is already in campaign mode, pulling every string to cling to power. But no amount of tactics can stop a united, registered, and determined electorate.

If you’re tired of unkept promises, economic misery, police brutality, corruption and a regime that governs through threats and theatrics, then do your part. Register as a voter. Mobilize your friends. Talk to your family. Come 2027, let’s flood the ballot with one message: Ruto must go!

WanTam is not just a movement, it’s the will of the Kenyan people. Let’s finish what we started.

๐Ÿ”ฅ 1 Kings 12:1–24:- A Prophetic Mirror for Kenyan Politics Today๐Ÿšจ

By RuzekiShadoww News
July 23, 2025

Here’s how 1 Kings 12:1–24 can be directly and powerfully interpreted in light of current Kenyan politics, especially post-Gen Z protests, economic frustrations, leadership arrogance, and political fragmentation:

1 Kings 12:1–24 is a Prophetic Mirror for Kenyan Politics Today

In 1 Kings 12, King Rehoboam takes over from his father Solomon. The people beg him to reduce the burden of heavy taxes and labor. Instead of listening to experienced elders, he consults arrogant peers and threatens the people with harsher rule. The result? National rebellion, division, and the loss of ten tribes under a new leader, Jeroboam.

๐Ÿ‡ฐ๐Ÿ‡ช Relevance to Present-Day Kenya:

1. The People are Crying for Relief (v. 4):

“Your father put a heavy yoke on us… lighten the harsh labor…”

Just like the Israelites, Kenyans are crying out
"Cost of living is unbearable."
"Taxes are choking us."
"We are overburdened by corruption and economic injustice."

Gen Z and the youth-led protests have echoed the same biblical plea:
"Lighten the yoke, and we will serve."

2. Two Kinds of Advisors – Elders vs. Cronies (vv. 6–11):

Rehoboam had a choice:

  • Wise elders urged him to listen, serve, and win the people’s hearts.
  • Entitled friends told him to flex power, threaten, and rule by fear.

In Kenya today, leaders are surrounded by out-of-touch advisors, insulated from the people’s pain, pushing arrogance over humility; provoking rage rather than respect and the rule of law.

3. Arrogance Ignites Rebellion (vv. 13–16):

“My father scourged you with whips; I will scourge you with scorpions.”

Rehoboam’s tone mirrors many Kenyan leaders who respond to protest with contempt and brutality.
When peaceful dissent is met with violence or mockery, the result is always the same:
Rebellion. Loss of legitimacy. Disowning of leadership.

"To your tents, O Israel!" sounds a lot like:
"We have no share in this corrupt leadership!"
#RutoMustGo or #WanTam isn't just a slogan; it's a warning of detachment

4. A Nation Divided – Politically and Spiritually (vv. 17–20):

When Rehoboam failed to listen, ten tribes broke away.
Today, Kenya faces a similar danger of national disintegration; not geographically, but in spirit and trust.
Faith in government is eroding. A new generation is redefining allegiance, not by tribe, but by truth, justice, and accountability.

5. God's Word: “Do Not Fight Your Brothers” (vv. 22–24):

Rehoboam planned war to crush the uprising, but God warned:

“Do not go to war against your fellow Israelites. This is my doing.”

To Kenyan leaders, security agencies, and even citizens allied to both Tutam and WanTam factions:
๐Ÿ“ข Let there be no civil war.
๐Ÿ“ข No blood should be shed for ego or pride.
๐Ÿ“ข Sometimes, rebellion is divine correction.

Final Reflection๐Ÿ’ฅ✊๐Ÿพ:

Just like in 1 Kings 12, Kenya is at a crossroads

  • Will the leaders humble themselves and listen?
  • Will they choose wise counsel over yes-men?
  • Will they lighten the yoke or harden their hearts?

God is still speaking:

“This is my doing.”
What’s happening in Kenya is not just politics; it’s divine disruption. A season of reckoning. A call to repent, reform, and serve

Rehoboam represents President Ruto. A leader who had the chance to ease the people’s burden but chose pride, arrogance, and the counsel of the privileged few. Jeroboam, on the other hand, represents the opposition and the rising public dissent; a movement born out of ignored cries and injustice.

Kenya stands at a pivotal moment, just like Israel did. The message is clear: when leaders refuse to listen, the people will withdraw their loyalty, and a new chapter will begin; i.e with or without them.

Chaos at DCP Launch: What Ruto's Regime Fears Most

By RuzekiShadoww News
May 15, 2025

Kenya’s political landscape is shifting, and those in power are feeling the heat.
On what should have been a peaceful and historic day for the Democracy for the Citizens Party (DCP), chaos erupted—goons stormed the event, disrupting speeches, intimidating attendees, and attempting to silence a rising political force.
The fingerprints of the ruling regime were all over the violence, revealing a disturbing pattern: when faced with competition, President Ruto’s administration doesn’t campaign—it cracks down.

This article explores the deeper reasons behind the disruption, the fear driving Ruto’s political machine, and what this means for the future of democracy in Kenya.

Today, Kenya witnessed yet another shameful chapter in its political history. What was meant to be a peaceful and momentous launch of the Democracy for the Citizens Party (DCP) turned chaotic after hired goons—allegedly linked to the ruling United Democratic Alliance (UDA)—stormed the venue in a calculated attempt to derail the event.

This was not random hooliganism. It was a carefully orchestrated show of force by a regime increasingly insecure about its place in Kenya’s rapidly shifting political landscape.

So, why is President Ruto's regime resorting to such outdated, violent tactics?

1. Fear of Losing Political Ground

The emergence of DCP presents a new, serious political threat—especially to Ruto’s 2022 voter base. DCP’s message is clear, bold, and refreshing. It resonates not only with disgruntled UDA supporters but also with young, urban, and reform-minded voters tired of recycled promises and elite power games.

This is not just about a party launch—it’s about a changing tide. The rise of DCP signals a shift in political thinking, away from ethnic strongholds and toward citizen-centered governance. That shift terrifies the incumbents, who have relied for too long on tribal loyalty and populist gimmicks.

2. Obsession with Political Domination

Ruto wants to dominate Mt. Kenya politics completely. His relationship with Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has grown increasingly tense, and any voice that challenges his authority—whether from within or without—is treated as a threat to be neutralized.

By attacking DCP’s event, the message was clear: "Only one king can rule the hill." But this outdated style of politics—silencing dissent through intimidation—no longer holds in a Kenya that’s growing more politically aware by the day.

3. Personal Vendettas at Play

Many of DCP’s architects were once part of Ruto’s political inner circle. Their decision to walk away from UDA and forge a new path is seen as betrayal. Ruto, like many autocrats before him, takes such moves personally.

This isn’t just about elections—it's about punishing defection. What we saw today was retaliation, pure and simple.

4. Controlling the Media Narrative

Today’s DCP event was attracting significant media attention, both locally and abroad. In the age of livestreams and viral clips, image matters. A successful launch would have been a major media win for the new party.

Disrupting the event with violence and chaos ensured that headlines would shift from policy promises to public disorder. This is an old trick: create confusion so the core message is lost in the noise.

5. Fear Tactics Inspired by the Past

Ruto has always painted himself as the "hustler," the people's man—but his playbook borrows heavily from Kenya’s most oppressive regimes. Like Moi in the 1990s or even Raila in his more aggressive ODM days, Ruto is deploying fear as a political tool.

But Kenya has changed. The citizenry is not as easily intimidated. Violence no longer guarantees silence—it only guarantees resistance.

6. Testing the Limits of Impunity

As president, Ruto commands the national police service, intelligence units, and local administration. What happened today was also a test: how far can he push? How much can he get away with before civil society, religious leaders, or the judiciary push back?

It was a preview of 2027—a test-run of chaos. And the silence from top security bosses today is loud. It's an ominous sign of what could come if this behavior goes unchecked.

Political Violence is the Weapon of the Weak

When leaders resort to violence, it’s because they’ve run out of ideas. If Ruto truly believes in his administration’s performance and popularity, he should welcome competition. That’s how democracy works.

You don’t silence rivals with stones and goons. You beat them with vision, ideas, and service delivery. Kenya is bigger than one man or one party. And the citizens are watching.

The DCP launch was more than a party unveiling—it was a test of whether we are still a democracy or just a shell of one.

Kenya 2027: Party Politics, Regional Realities, and the Rise of Independents.

By RuzekiShadoww News
May 9, 2025

Kenya’s political battleground is already taking shape ahead of the 2027 General Elections, with party influence deeply rooted in regional and ethnic loyalties. Understanding where each party holds ground—and where independents are gaining traction—will be key to any serious political bid and coalition.

Party Politics, Regional Realities, and the Rise of Independents

As we inch closer to the 2027 General Elections, Kenya’s political landscape is taking shape along clear regional and ethnic lines. Party loyalty is no longer just ideological—it’s strategic. If you want to win, you must understand where you’re vying and who holds sway there.

Rift Valley, especially the North Rift, will remain a UDA territory—a Kalenjin fortress tightly tied to President Ruto. Any serious aspirant here must run on a UDA ticket or risk political irrelevance. The oldest party -KANU and CCM will take some seats in South Rift and parts of North Rift (Baringo and West Pokot counties).

In Murima, the power will revolve around Wamunyoro's Party, the rebranded Uhuru's Jubilee, and Karua's People’s Liberation Party. These will be the gatekeepers of majority of elective success in the region.

Ukambani will consolidate behind Kalonzo’s Wiper Party, while the Mulembe Nation will see a power-sharing arrangement between Ford-Kenya (Wetang’ula) and DAP-K (Wamalwa-Natembeya).

Luo Nyanza remains firmly with Raila Odinga’s ODM, as does some of his political bases (Kakamega and Mombasa). Meanwhile, Gusii land is tilting toward a formation aligned with Fred Matiang’i, signaling new political ground being cultivated.

In the capital, Nairobi, three parties will dominate: Wamunyoro’s, ODM, and Wiper. Any serious contender must align with one of these to remain competitive.

The Coast Region continues to lack a strong regional party, meaning it will open its doors to popular national parties—ODM, Wamunyoro’sWiper and UDA

Finally, North Eastern Kenya will rally behind UDM party, or continue to strategically partner with UDA for national relevance.

But here’s the big twist: 2027 will be the year of independent candidates. A growing wave of candidates will reject party politics, riding on grassroots support to victory. This trend will redefine political competition across the country.

So the question now is:
Which party are you currently aligned with? And are you planning to switch allegiance ahead of 2027?

RUTO REGIME LAUNCHES AUTHORITARIAN CRACKDOWN ON FILMMAKERS BEHIND BLOOD PARLIAMENT

By RuzekiShadoww News
May 3, 2025

Every single day, Ruto’s regime crosses the line, latest is— arresting BBC's Blood Parliament filmmakers, raiding their studio, and seizing equipment. This is not leadership; it’s tyranny. You can’t silence truth with handcuffs. Kenya deserves better.

RUTO REGIME LAUNCHES AUTHORITARIAN CRACKDOWN ON FILMMAKERS BEHIND BLOOD PARLIAMENT

Nairobi, Kenya — In a disturbing escalation of state repression, four filmmakers linked to the Blood Parliament documentary have reportedly been arrested following a police raid at their Karen-based studio in Nairobi. The filmmakers were detained without charge, and vital production equipment was seized. Sources indicate they are being held at Muthaiga and Pangani police stations.

The Blood Parliament documentary, rumored to expose systemic corruption, impunity, and political bloodletting within the highest echelons of Kenya’s legislature, appears to have struck a nerve within the regime of President William Ruto. Instead of engaging with the substance of the revelations, the government has opted for brute-force censorship — criminalizing creativity, silencing dissent, and trampling constitutional freedoms.

This is not an isolated incident. It follows a growing pattern of suppression under the Ruto administration: journalists intimidated, whistleblowers persecuted, activists harassed, protesters abducted, scriptwriters silenced, and now, filmmakers detained. The message is clear — if you expose uncomfortable truths, the state will come for you.

Let it be known: this is not governance. This is fear-driven authoritarianism masquerading as democracy.

In a country whose constitution enshrines the freedom of expression, media, and artistic creativity, such Gestapo-style tactics are unacceptable. They are not just illegal — they are immoral. Ruto’s regime has betrayed the trust of the Kenyan people and is fast eroding any remaining democratic credentials it claims to hold.

We at Shadoww News join other Kenyans to demand:

  1. The immediate and unconditional release of the arrested filmmakers.
  2. The return of all confiscated equipment and footage
  3. An independent investigation into the abuse of police power.
  4. Concrete guarantees from the State to protect creative and journalistic freedom.

Kenya belongs to its people — not to the politicians terrified of being held accountable. History has shown us that truth cannot be detained, and oppression cannot outlast the will of a free people.

We urge all citizens, civil society, media houses, and global human rights defenders to stand in solidarity and resist this assault on our shared democratic values.

One Term is Non-Negotiable. Ruto must go in 2027: Why are Kenyans so hostile towards President William Ruto

By RuzekiShadoww News
March 29, 2025

One Term is Non-Negotiable.

Ruto must go in 2027. Here's why:

Kenyans are experiencing absolute betrayal, disappointment, and horror as they realize they were merely stepping stones for William Ruto to seize power. Now, he sees himself above the Constitution—perhaps even among the gods.

Since taking office, Ruto has treated everyone like trash, especially the very voters who put him there in 2022.

Someone recently asked, “Why are people so hostile towards President William Ruto?”

Before dismissing my response as “just another bitter Kenyan”, let me give you 24 reasons why Ruto Must Go!

A) He is a compulsive liar.

90% of his statements have been flagged as “lies”—an astounding number. The fact that he doesn’t stumble into more truths by accident is baffling. Yet, he expects Kenyans to believe him when he calls others liars.

B) He is a dictator, not a democrat.

He advances regressive policies while quietly proposing ways to extend his term and presidential authority. In most cases, his word is final. He thinks he is above the law.

C) He exploits religion for political gain.

He parades himself in churches and bribe them with stolen money just to lure Christians ahead of 2027 elections, but lives nothing close to a Christ-like life.

D) His so-called “bread-based” narrative has alienated the very hustlers and mama mboga he once claimed to champion.

E) His economic policies are a disaster.

His housing levy, healthcare plan, and university funding model are all thinly veiled schemes to squeeze more taxes from already struggling Kenyans.

F) He is dangerously incompetent.

He doesn’t understand governance, international relations, or how to attract investors as millions of young Kenyans remain jobless. Tanzania has overtaken Kenya as top investment hub in East Africa, thanks to Ruto's mismanagement of the economy.

G) His track record is riddled with corruption.

Wherever Ruto goes, he leaves a trail of unaccounted public funds, broken promises, and shady deals.

H) He is ruining Kenya’s diplomatic ties.

While alienating key allies, he is cozying up to questionable groups that do not have Kenya’s best interests at heart.

I) He is addicted to shortcuts.

From unconstitutional directives to blatant disregard for due process, he believes rules exist to be bent for his benefit.

J) His corruption is well-documented.

His long history of corruption dates back to the early 2000s, and it continues to stain his presidency. Recently, he was crowned as the most corrupt leader in the world (Syrian President Bashar Allasad was ousted leaving Ruto as number one).

K) He is dismantling constitutional safeguards.

His reckless approach threatens to undo protections that prevent crises like the 2007 post election violence. He has destroyed the checks and balances in this country.

L) He governs like a tyrant.

By capturing Parliament and the Judiciary, he has turned them into rubber-stamp institutions. He silences critics through coercion, blackmail, abductions, and even extrajudicial killings.

M) His cabinet appointments are a joke.

Aside from a few exceptions (like former AG/CS Muturi), his choices have been laughable—constantly reshuffling and recycling the same corrupt and incompetent faces.

N) He denies facts.

Ever notice that only politicians deny facts? Well, Ruto is the master when it comes to denying facts and reality.

O) He lacks the temperament to lead.

Thin-skinned, childish, misogynistic, and a bully—he is incapable of civil discourse or meaningful leadership.

P) He assumes Kenyans are fools.

Despite being fact-checked constantly, he continues promising what is understood as lies. His PhD credentials are questionable. At some point, he termed Kenyans as people with small or no education and that we should keep quiet on matters governance.

Every other former president understood the importance of their words and were cautious to control their tongues. Ruto blurts out whatever comes to his mind then complains when people talk about what a dumb thing that was to say.

Q) He is grossly unqualified.

His presidency is a train wreck. If Kenya were a company, his rotten resume(2022-2025 so far) wouldn’t even make it past the first round of interviews.

R) He governs only for his political survival.

Instead of being a president for all, he acts as if only UDA &ODM praise and worship team matter. He doesn't care about the rest of Kenyans who did not vote in 2022 or those who voted for him but since have changed their political stand.

S) He is a blatant hypocrite.

He spent five years (2018-2022) criticizing President Uhuru Kenyatta for handshake with Raila Odinga, abductions, extrajudicial killings, corruption, BBI nonsense, using investigative agencies to settle political scores, etc—only to double down on the same dirty tactics once in power.

T) He attacks, rather than listens.

A true leader absorbs criticism, considers different viewpoints, and stands firm when necessary. Ruto? He simply lashes out.

U) He takes credit for everything good and blames others for everything bad.

V) He fuels arrogance &ignorance.

His supporters exist in an information bubble, unfollowing and blocking any truth that makes them uncomfortable.

W) He treats the Constitution as an inconvenience.

He disregards free speech, media freedom, and the rule of law whenever it suits him.

X) He has intensified political intolerance.

Kenya has always had political divisions, but under Ruto, the hostility has reached dangerous levels—reminiscent of the pre-2007 chaos.

Y &Z) Finally…

For this one, I'll let you (genYs and genZs) to fill in the blanks.

One Term is Non-Negotiable.
Ruto must go in 2027. We made a mistake in 2022, but repeating it would be unforgivable.

Ruto’s Foreign Policy Missteps That Cost Raila the AUC race.

By RuzekiShadoww News
February 19, 2025

Does the Foreign Affairs and NIS officials mislead President William Ruto, or he just refuses to listen to advice?

Foreign Policy Missteps That Cost Raila

  • Called French President Macron when Kivu fell, despite France’s complicity in the crisis—angered Francophone nations.
  • Hosted M23 militia leaders in Nairobi—alienated 16 SADC member states.
  • Welcomed Sudan’s RSF rebel leader to Kenya—provoked backlash from the Arab world.
  • Expressed support for Israel despite mounting evidence of genocide in Gaza.
  • Aligned with the U.S. in the Ukraine-Russia war, undermining the AU’s mediation efforts.
  • Recognized Eastern Saharawi on his first day in office, contradicting the AU’s stance.
  • Abducted and deported Ugandan opposition figure Giza Besigye, now on hunger strike in a military prison.
  • Issued conflicting statements on key geopolitical matters, diverging from AU regional blocs.
  • Misled the public about Kenya’s payment to host the Grammys.
  • Attempted to bribe Djibouti’s AUC candidate, Mahmoud Youssouf, to drop out of the race.
  • (In Feb 2023) Pressured the AU to dismiss Raila as AU Special Envoy for Infrastructure, terming Raila as violence instigator in Kenya. (In 2025) Asks the same AU to vote for Raila.
Conclusion: It's either the Foreign Affairs officials and NIS misleading President Ruto, or he refuses to listen to advice.

Why Raila Lost the AUC election: A Geopolitical and Domestic Analysis

By RuzekiShadoww News
February 15, 2025

Raila’s defeat today wasn’t just about Kenyan politics—it was shaped by Africa’s evolving geopolitical landscape, international power struggles, and internal realignments within the African Union.

Here's a geopolitical and domestic analysis of why Raila Lost

Raila Odinga’s recent political setback in Addis Ababa wasn’t just about local dynamics—it was influenced by regional geopolitics, international alignments, and Kenya’s internal power struggles. While many attribute his loss to domestic political maneuvers, broader global and continental forces played a critical role.

1. Ruto’s Influence and Kenya’s Pro-US Stance

At the center of this outcome is President William Ruto, whose government has leaned heavily towards the United States and Western allies. This shift directly clashes with China’s growing influence in Africa, forcing geopolitical realignments. Raila, seen as a more neutral figure with historical ties to both Western and Eastern blocs, may have faced indirect opposition from actors aligned with China’s interests.

2. China’s Deep Ties with Djibouti

Djibouti, home to China’s only overseas military base, has become a strategic outpost for Beijing’s ambitions in Africa. The country’s leadership holds significant sway within the African Union Commission (AUC) and broader continental policymaking. China operatives were busy lobbying for Djibouti's candidate Mahmoud Ali Yousouff. Given Kenya’s pro-Western alignment under Ruto, China may have found a Raila-led Kenya less geopolitically favorable, influencing power plays within African institutions.

3. The China-US Power Games in Africa

Africa has become a battleground for US-China rivalry, with economic, military, and political stakes at play. Ruto has aggressively courted the West, securing major deals, while countries like Ethiopia, Djibouti, and South Africa remain deeply tied to China. This broader alignment may have influenced diplomatic maneuvers within the AU, subtly impacting Raila’s chances.

4. Conflicts in DRC and Sudan Shaping AU Priorities

The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) conflict, coupled with Sudan’s ongoing crisis, has redirected AU’s focus towards regional security concerns. With Kenya actively involved in peace efforts—often in line with US and Western interests—Raila’s potential leadership could have disrupted existing security partnerships. The AU, influenced by multiple geopolitical actors, may have favored stability over change.

5. Recent Political Developments in Kenya

Domestically, Kenya has been rocked by high-profile abductions, state repression, and corruption scandals. Ruto has been accused of consolidating power through questionable means, including allegations of being among the world’s most corrupt leaders. This has tarnished Kenya’s image but also strengthened Ruto’s grip on institutions, making it difficult for Raila to mount a successful challenge.

6. The Francophone vs. Anglophone Divide

A longstanding but often overlooked factor in AU politics is the Francophone vs. Anglophone rivalry. France, through its traditional spheres of influence in West and Central Africa, continues to wield significant control. Kenya, an Anglophone powerhouse, often faces resistance from Francophone-aligned blocs in AU decision-making. Raila, despite his pan-African credentials, may have been a victim of these deep-seated power struggles.

A Perfect Storm of Continental and Global Factors

Raila’s defeat wasn’t just about Kenyan politics—it was shaped by Africa’s evolving geopolitical landscape, international power struggles, and internal realignments within the AU. As Kenya cements its pro-Western stance, China’s silent maneuvers and Africa’s internal power plays will continue shaping the region’s political future.

President William Ruto will be a One Term President!

By RuzekiShadoww News
February 05, 2025

As challenges mount, public discontent continues to grow, making Ruto’s re-election bid highly uncertain. If President Ruto fails to address these issues within the next six months, Kenya could see a significant shift in leadership in the next election.

Here are some key reasons why President William Ruto is likely to be a one-term president:

1. Housing Levy Controversy

The mandatory housing levy has faced significant opposition from both the public and legal institutions. Critics argue that it burdens already struggling workers without providing clear benefits or accountability. The levy has been challenged in court, further eroding public trust.

President Ruto's flagship project, affordable housing, will miss the annual target of 200,000 units by a very wide margin. According to Alice Wahome, Cabinet Secretary for Lands and Public Works, less than 1000 units will be ready to be handed over to the workers. She cites funding delays and court cases as the main challenges.

2. Adani Scandal

The alleged involvement of Adani Group in questionable deals with Kenya has sparked concerns about foreign influence in national projects. Many see it as a case of economic exploitation, fueling discontent among citizens who believe the government is prioritizing corporate interests over local development.

3. Sha & Shif Fraud

The Social Health Insurance Fund (SHIF) has been criticized for being a repackaged NHIF with questionable management, leaving Kenyans skeptical about its effectiveness.

Some of the concerns include poor service delivery, poor communication, inadequate funding, unclear implementation frameworks, and the already-strained relationship between citizens and the healthcare system.

4. New University Funding Model

The shift from government-sponsored tuition to a controversial funding model has made higher education inaccessible for many students from low-income backgrounds. This has led to frustration among parents and youth, a key voting demographic.

This week, faced with a dilemma of nationwide university students' protests (GenZ protests) and compliance with a court order, President Ruto had no other choice but to revert to the old university funding model to send funds to students.

5. Increased NSSF Rates

The increment in National Social Security Fund (NSSF) contributions has been met with resistance, especially from low-income earners. Many see it as another form of government overreach, increasing financial strain without guaranteeing long-term benefits.

6. Unfulfilled Campaign Promises

Ruto’s administration has struggled to deliver on key pledges, including reducing the cost of living, creating jobs, and ensuring economic stability. The widening gap between promise and action has led to growing public frustration.

7. Culture of Lies & Misinformation

The government has been accused of frequently misleading the public on key issues, from economic progress to policy implementation. This has created a trust deficit, making it harder for citizens to believe in future commitments.

8. Abductions & Human Rights Concerns

Reports of enforced disappearances and unlawful detentions under Ruto’s administration have raised alarms among human rights groups. A government perceived as oppressive risks alienating voters who value democracy and freedom.

Many leaders and citizens have criticized the handling of the rising cases of abductions in Kenya, accusing President William Ruto's administration of inaction and insincerity in addressing the crisis.

9. Escalating Corruption

Despite promises to combat corruption, graft cases continue to dominate headlines, involving high-ranking officials. The lack of accountability reinforces the perception that Ruto’s government is no different from past regimes.

10. Unemployment Crisis

Job creation remains one of the biggest failures of the administration. Youth unemployment is at alarming levels, with many disillusioned by the government’s inability to provide sustainable economic opportunities.

11. Fallout with DP Gachagua

In the 2022 election, 3.5 million of President William Ruto’s 7.1 million votes came from Mt Kenya, a regional landslide largely attributed to his decision to pick Rigathi Gachagua as his running mate. Since the impeachment of DP Gachagua, Mt Kenya has been a hostile ground to President Ruto and his political allies. From the comfort of his Wamunyoro home, Gachagua is giving President Ruto sleepless nights ahead of 2027.

➡️

With these challenges mounting, public discontent continues to grow, making Ruto’s re-election bid highly uncertain. If the administration fails to address these issues, Kenya may witness a shift in leadership come the next election.

Rigathi Gachagua: The Thorn in President Ruto’s Flesh

By RuzekiShadoww News
February 01, 2025

Since impeachment day, former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has become President William Ruto’s most formidable political nightmare. He is relentlessly attacking the government he once served, employing a scorched-earth strategy—leaving destruction in his wake. Today, Gachagua is not just a critic; he is effectively the face of the opposition in Kenya. More importantly, he is giving Ruto sleepless nights. Gachagua has turned his Wamunyoro home into a command center.

This situation raises several critical questions:

  • Didn't President Ruto foresee this unfolding?

  • Was Ruto unaware that sidelining Gachagua would backfire?

  • Did Ruto underestimate Gachagua's political resilience?

  • Did Ruto make a strategic miscalculation in impeaching his deputy?

  • Was Ruto's judgment flawed when he assumed he could control Gachagua?

Well, today, I will attempt to answer these questions and give you a clearer understanding of how we got here.

Understanding Gachagua’s Resistance

Let me start with a fundamental truth:
Rigathi Gachagua was never an easy deputy. He was not the kind of politician who could be easily manipulated or sidelined like a mere pawn. Any president working with Gachagua would have had challenges—Gachagua is fiercely loyal to his political base. In simple words, he listens to the ground. President Ruto wants a deputy he can push around like a wheelbarrow; a yes person.

From the outset, Gachagua prioritized his people, the Mt. Kenya region. He quickly realized that President Ruto was not keen on fulfilling the promises made to the region during the 2022 campaigns. By 2023, he saw the red flags —Ruto was slowly abandoning the very electorate that had secured his presidency. Gachagua, unwilling to stay silent, spoke out publicly, even at the risk of being labeled a tribalist.

The Impeachment: A Strategic Miscalculation?

Was impeaching Gachagua easy? Absolutely. Ruto had the numbers in both houses of Parliament, and he knew he could push it through. However, this decision came at a political cost.

Anyone elected from Mt. Kenya with political foresight understood the risks of going against Gachagua. Those who actively participated in his impeachment may have signed their political death warrants—they will likely struggle to win re-election in 2027.

But here’s the critical question: Did Ruto initially plan to impeach Gachagua?

The answer is no. Initially, Ruto’s strategy was to intimidate Gachagua into resigning. He underestimated Gachagua’s resilience, assuming that mounting political pressure, coupled with isolation, would force him out. When that failed, Ruto escalated matters, deploying his political machinery—including opposition figures aligned with Raila Odinga—to orchestrate Gachagua’s downfall.

Up until the final moment, every political analyst and insider believed Gachagua would cave under pressure and resign. But he didn’t. He stood firm.

Gachagua’s Role in 2022: A Forgotten Truth

There’s been some revisionist history in Ruto’s camp, with claims that the president never needed Gachagua to win Mt. Kenya. This is pure nonsense!

In 2022, Ruto was well aware that if he picked Prof. Kithure Kindiki as his running mate, he would have lost the election to Raila Odinga and Martha Karua, early in the morning. Despite pushback from his UDA/TangaTanga MPs, Ruto deliberately chose Gachagua over the more favored Kindiki. WHY?

BECAUSE Gachagua was the ground soldier Ruto needed to counter the combined influence of President Uhuru Kenyatta, Raila Odinga, and Martha Karua in the Mt. Kenya region. Without him, Ruto’s chances of securing the region’s overwhelming support would have been very slim.

Post-Impeachment: Gachagua’s Revenge

Now at his Wamunyoro home, with impeachment behind him, Gachagua is out for warm blood. He is actively disrupting Ruto’s 2027 re-election strategy, positioning himself as a kingmaker. His influence is undeniable—he holds the power to tilt the scales in favor of opposition leaders like Kalonzo Musyoka or even Fred Matiang’i.

Could Gachagua make Kalonzo or Matiang’i the 6th President of Kenya in 2027?

It’s entirely possible. His ability to mobilize Mt. Kenya against Ruto could spell disaster for the president’s second-term ambitions. Gachagua has promised to make Ruto a One Term President!

One thing is very clear, President Ruto underestimated DP Gachagua. And now, he is paying the price. One Term is real.

It's 2025 and any Kenyan knows what is it like to live under a Pharaoh

By RuzekiShadoww News
January 13, 2025

Pharaoh is the personification of evil, despotic rule that denies and defies God. For my readers, this includes societal systems that keep the powerful in power and everyone else in their place.

If the Egyptians are the haves and the Israelites the have-nots, then yes, we belong in a gold chariot, moving through the world in a bubble of protection and privilege.

According to Exodus 15, Pharaoh was in direct opposition to God. Pharaoh and his team boasted of the ways they would hurt God’s people. Clearly, Pharaoh is termed as God’s enemy.

If you read the story of Pharaoh and Israelites in Egypt, you will agree with me that Ruto is exactly an embodiment of Pharaoh. He has been called Zakayo, Judas, Pharisee, Ceaser, and other biblical names but today I want to illustrate how Ruto is the Pharaoh of today.

Pharaoh was determined to keep the Israelites under his rule, exploiting them as a labor force and refusing to set them free. Despite countless pleas and warnings, he hardened his heart, abducting and killing many in his quest to maintain power. However, God, through Moses and Aaron, intervened to deliver the Israelites from their bondage in Egypt, guiding them toward the Promised Land.

In a strikingly similar manner, President William Ruto seems to be following in Pharaoh’s footsteps. His political allies, often referred to as his loyal “praise team,” appear to harbor disdain toward the very people they claim to serve.
Their rhetoric has turned hostile, with threats to manipulate the 2027 elections should Kenyans refuse to grant Ruto a second term. These allies boldly hint at rigging the votes to ensure he remains in power, disregarding the democratic will of the people.

Kenyans, however, have grown weary—tired of Ruto’s ubiquitous presence, his unfulfilled promises, and the empty words that have come to define his tenure.
Yet, just as the Israelites eventually saw the light at the end of their dark journey, so too will Kenyans. The end of his term is drawing near, and the people’s resolve for change grows stronger by the day. One term is enough, and the time for true liberation is on the horizon.

Satire: A woman stole a used condom to impregnate herself in Nairobi.

By RuzekiShadoww News
December 28, 2024

In the bustling city of Nairobi, a 26-year-old woman, Akoko (not her real name) won a child support battle against a 40-year-old man, Kasongo (not his real name), who she never slept with.

Wondering how she got pregnant? Well, Akoko was 24 when she stole a used condom from a then 38-year-old man, Kasongo.

The two lived as nextdoor neighbours in an unnamed estate in Ruiru. Kasongo is a bank teller who is unaware of deep lust his neighbour, Akoko, harbors for him. Akoko's feelings grew into a desperate yearning for connection with Kasongo.

When it comes to women, Kasongo is that man who embrace the 'eat and run' tactic. Every day, he'll be seen with a different girl (mostly university students), he never recycle the same girl.

One fateful morning, after twa twa twa all night, Kasongo was disposing off his used condoms in a garbage can ๐Ÿ—‘️ outside his door. Akoko had been monitoring the bank teller's garbage can ๐Ÿ—‘️ for the whole night. She immediately picked up the used condoms and went directly to her bed.

She inserted the semen inside her vagina and became pregnant with a baby girl who is now 2-years-old. The man whose semen were used finds out 2 years later as he is contacted by child support department.

During the child support hearing in one of the courts within Nairobi County, Akoko confessed that she never slept with Kasongo but that she impregnated herself with his sperm after accessing his used condoms from a garbage can๐Ÿ—‘️.

The paternity test were conducted and the Bank teller is the father. The court ordered him to pay the mother of the baby Ksh 1 million for the 2 years of his daughter's life he missed.
Very unfair, so he appealed the court's decision but it was not overturned. Currently, he is faithfully fulfilling his new responsibility by paying the child support kitty of Ksh 20,000 per month.

Meanwhile, Akoko has quit her hotel job and started a business with her newfound fortune, she has full custody of her baby whom she named after his father.

—The END—

This story is a satire๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿคซ

My main message is around an instance of SPERM THEFT, also known as Forced fatherhood or imposed paternity, which occurs when a man becomes a father against his will or without his consent.

It can include deception by a woman about her ability to get pregnant or use of contraceptives, birth control sabotage, paternity fraud and sexual assaults of males that result in pregnancy.

Sperm theft or unauthorized use of sperm refers to a specific form of forced fatherhood in which a man's semen is used to impregnate a woman without his consent.

Forced fatherhood is not illegal anywhere. Cases are usually reported in connection with disputes over child support. When the obligation to provide child support is challenged by men who allege that their sperm had been stolen or otherwise used to inseminate a woman without their consent, courts will typically enforce the doctrine of strict liability: i.e, a man is liable to support a child conceived with his sperm, irrespective of the circumstances of conception, including any criminal conduct on the part of the mother.

In our story above, Kasongo's arguments of tort liability for fraud or emotional trauma inflicted by perpetrator (Akoko), did not hold up in a Nairobi Court. The Magistrate was reluctant to remedy such grievances.
He ended up being punished with child support liability. He did not receive compensation for the unauthorized use of his biological fluids as he could not prove that he did not have sex with Akoko.

Again, that story is a satire๐Ÿ˜…

However, it could literally happen to anyone, so it is advisable to flush your condoms down the toilet or take them away after sexual intercourse so that no woman can use your sperm to impregnate herself.

I have seen a growing trend in the number of women tricking men into having a baby, usually by lying about contraception/ menstrual cycle... these women usually hope a child will smooth over issues in the relationship. If she wants to trap you, she might feel a baby will seal the deal.

Many women get pregnant after lying about taking the emergency pills without telling her boyfriend, hoping he would marry her. In most cases, men will break off the relationship and move to other women.

The Bible describes two cases in which a man is seduced by a woman under false pretences and becomes an unwitting sperm donor. These biblical women are sympathetic, and are shown acting for noble reasons; unlike modern women.

—The account of Lot and his daughters (Genesis 19:30–38):
Lot went up out of Zoar, and dwelt in a cave in the mountains; with his two daughters. The firstborn said unto the younger, Our father is old, and there is not a man in the earth to sleep with us. Let's make our father drunk and we will sleep with him; that we may preserve seeds of our father. They made their father drunk that night. The firstborn went in, and lay with her father; and he perceived not when she lay down, nor when she arose. The next day, the firstborn said unto the younger, well, I slept last night with our father, let's make him drunk again tonight; so you can sleep with him, that we may preserve seed of our father. The younger daughter slept with him also. They both conceived by their father.

—The account of Tamar and Judah ( Genesis 19:30–38):
Tamar deceives her father-in-law, Judah, into having sex with her by pretending to be a prostitute. When Judah discovers that Tamar is pregnant he prepares to have her abducted and killed, but calls it off when he finds out that he is the father. As a result, the twins Perez and Zerah were conceived.

Reported in some countries, are some cases where people steal sperm from famous men and sell it to women who want children sired by geniuses or rich guys.

Enjoy!!! But, remember to dispose off your used condoms in a secure place๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฃ

Time factor: Two years is too short to judge Ruto's government?

By RuzekiShadoww News
December 11, 2024

IN KENYA, THERE'S MORE PAIN NOW IN DECEMBER 2024 THAN THERE WAS IN DECEMBER 2023.

During the Korom festival in Eldoret, where he was heckled, CS Kipchumba Murkomen cried that Kenyans should give President Ruto more time, claiming it's too early to criticize KK gov't or compare it to 10 years of Uhuru's...

For clarity, UHURU WAS A FAILURE, that's why Kenyans were against his endorsement of Raila. Millions voted for Ruto not because we loved him but because we just wanted Uhuru gone. Sadly, RUTO HAS PROVEN TO BE THE WORST CHOICE.

Ruto's manifesto was mouth-watering, but he is doing things outside his 2022 manifesto; i.e, killing &abducting youths, crippling the university education, taxing us more, enforcing culture of lies, shady deals like selling our airport to Adani, giving fake fertilizers, high cost of living, Shif/Sha confusion, Finance Bill, IEBC stalemate... Ruto is doing everything bad that he was against during the handshake regime ๐Ÿšจ

The Ruto PRAISE AND WORSHIP TEAM are now telling us to give him more time for better results. Excuse us! You've already killed/abducted us, tax us more, loot our taxes, try sell JKIA, mess with health sector, betrayed our truthful man and you think we should clap for you? HELL NO! We cannot be silent or give you more time to kill/abduct more Kenyans, tax us more or sell JKIA. WE WILL STOP YOU IN 2027 FROM DOING MORE DAMAGES.

RUTO'S PRESIDENCY IN 2024 HAS BEEN A DUPLICATE Of UHURU-RAILA (2018-2022 HANDSHAKE) regime. He's captured the parliament, opposition (Raila/ODM), judiciary, use independent entities like Police/DCI to do his political biddings, and silence dissenting opinions. Ruto only wants Mr/Mrs/Ms, "Yes Sir" type in his gov't.

Kenyans will keep exposing Ruto for what he is and this is definitely making his praise &worship team very uncomfortable.
They've resorted to using threats, insults, intimidations, and hiring goons to cause violence.

Uhuru and Moi were bad presidents but they didn't sunk too low to Ruto's level. Huyu pepo chafu is on a different level.

We were suffering under Uhuru-Raila regime, Kenyans were stranded in in darkness. Ruto managed to win our votes in 2022 because he promised to be a better president.

Here's an example to illustrate my msg ๐Ÿ‘†๐Ÿฝ

Have you been stranded in a bus/matatu stage, say, until past 10pm? Well, that's how Kenyans were stranded in 2022.
Some driver by the name William Ruto wooed us into his matatu (UDA/KK); saying he's going to Kisumu, for example. We boarded his matatu, and paid him handsomely.

According to the receipt, the destination was Kisumu. But the driver takes Mombasa Rd, speeds past Machakos, Mtito Andei, and Voi pap! and the driver (Ruto) says he wants more time to get us to Kisumu.
Only a fool can still believe that the matatu is heading to Kisumu.
The right path he (Ruto) should have taken us was through Waiyaki way, Limuru, Gilgil, Nakuru baas, then hapo we could have smiled kiasi knowing anatupeleka Kisumu or even ata kutufikisha tu Eldoret... Lakini huyu President Ruto anakanyangia 180km/h past Voi (towards Mombasa) na bado mnatuambia he's taking us to Kisumu. Wueh ogopa pepo chafu ⚠️

New University funding model is making half the students unable to pay fees or sustain themselves in campus, Sha/Shif is forcing patients &families to dig deeper into their empty pockets, shady Adani-JKIA deal would have costed us dearly, housing levy/ program is a scam &avoidable, and the 2024 fertilizers were full of sand.

I'm not done. Ruto's Government-Government fuel deal is not working (fuel is relatively cheaper in a landlocked Uganda despite accessing its fuel via Mombasa/Kenya. The reason is that Uganda has fewer taxes on fuel than Kenya), cost of power is over the roof (thanks to unexplainable taxes and stupid levies on electricity), political betrayal of our elected Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua (which destroyed another aspect of why some of us VOTED for Ruto), etc...

I will conclude my opinion by repeating that President Uhuru Kenyatta was a failure but President William Ruto is a disaster! Therefore, I urge my fellow Kenyans especially young people to register as a voter if you haven't registered yet. Come 10th of August 2027, let's show up and make President William Ruto a One Term President (OTP). Vote out all his shady MPs as well as send home all the corrupt governors.

It won't be easy but remember every vote counts. Viva Kenya!

Opinion: Would I support Dr. Fred Matiang'i for Presidency in 2027?

By RuzekiShadoww News

This should be a very critical question for all Kenyans.

Would I support or vote for Dr. Fred Matiang'i ?

Former Kenyan interior Cabinet Secretary Dr. Fred Matiang'i seems to be seriously  considering running for president in 2027. It has been reported that in July of 2024, Matiang'i signed a consultancy agreement with Canadian lobbying firm Dickens & Madson; to support his efforts to become President of Kenya in 2027.

Here's my opinion on the question of Fred Matiang'i:

I greatly admire his tenure at Education and ICT sector... However, I'm really concerned about his handling of River Yala abductions & extrajudicial killings, etc... while he was that 'all powerful' Prime/ Interior CS.

President William Ruto promised to END all the abductions/ extrajudicial killings but through Interior CS Kindiki (who is the current 'selected' Deputy President), Ruto  continued the same Uhuru/Matiang'i evil. What Ruto has done is simply relocate the site for damping bodies from River Yala to Kware, forests or elsewhere.

After a brutal reality check, I have lost my cool as a Ruto's 2022 voter.
Anyway, enough of President Ruto on this specific post; because I won't vote for him come 2027.
The question is about Matiang'i, would I support him?

At the moment, I'm behind the former (elected) Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua. I'm open to supporting any political realignment he (Riggy G) endorses...so long as it is anti-Ruto! So, if he says Matiang'i tosha or Kalonzo tosha, etc, I will show up for them.

I urge #genz & #millennials to register as a voter if you haven't...

I hope you like, enjoy or agree with some of my political views. I'm gonna share them- irregardless of your feelings/response; because I think it's very important that all Kenyans must understand the consequences of our actions, and understand that voting matters and election in Kenya is 'sometimes' the issue of the two lesser evils. Conveniently, the enemy of my enemy is a friend!

Your one vote/voice can fundamentally shift the entirely village, location, ward or even the whole country. You could ruin your own life, you could affect the lives of others around you.

Elections is a very very important stuff to voters; but it is a game to politicians.

That's the point I'm trying to get across in my ruzeki posts.

Thank you for your interactions.
