Satire: A woman stole a used condom to impregnate herself in Nairobi.

By RuzekiShadoww News
December 28, 2024

In the bustling city of Nairobi, a 26-year-old woman, Akoko (not her real name) won a child support battle against a 40-year-old man, Kasongo (not his real name), who she never slept with.

Wondering how she got pregnant? Well, Akoko was 24 when she stole a used condom from a then 38-year-old man, Kasongo.

The two lived as nextdoor neighbours in an unnamed estate in Ruiru. Kasongo is a bank teller who is unaware of deep lust his neighbour, Akoko, harbors for him. Akoko's feelings grew into a desperate yearning for connection with Kasongo.

When it comes to women, Kasongo is that man who embrace the 'eat and run' tactic. Every day, he'll be seen with a different girl (mostly university students), he never recycle the same girl.

One fateful morning, after twa twa twa all night, Kasongo was disposing off his used condoms in a garbage can ๐Ÿ—‘️ outside his door. Akoko had been monitoring the bank teller's garbage can ๐Ÿ—‘️ for the whole night. She immediately picked up the used condoms and went directly to her bed.

She inserted the semen inside her vagina and became pregnant with a baby girl who is now 2-years-old. The man whose semen were used finds out 2 years later as he is contacted by child support department.

During the child support hearing in one of the courts within Nairobi County, Akoko confessed that she never slept with Kasongo but that she impregnated herself with his sperm after accessing his used condoms from a garbage can๐Ÿ—‘️.

The paternity test were conducted and the Bank teller is the father. The court ordered him to pay the mother of the baby Ksh 1 million for the 2 years of his daughter's life he missed.
Very unfair, so he appealed the court's decision but it was not overturned. Currently, he is faithfully fulfilling his new responsibility by paying the child support kitty of Ksh 20,000 per month.

Meanwhile, Akoko has quit her hotel job and started a business with her newfound fortune, she has full custody of her baby whom she named after his father.

—The END—

This story is a satire๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿคซ

My main message is around an instance of SPERM THEFT, also known as Forced fatherhood or imposed paternity, which occurs when a man becomes a father against his will or without his consent.

It can include deception by a woman about her ability to get pregnant or use of contraceptives, birth control sabotage, paternity fraud and sexual assaults of males that result in pregnancy.

Sperm theft or unauthorized use of sperm refers to a specific form of forced fatherhood in which a man's semen is used to impregnate a woman without his consent.

Forced fatherhood is not illegal anywhere. Cases are usually reported in connection with disputes over child support. When the obligation to provide child support is challenged by men who allege that their sperm had been stolen or otherwise used to inseminate a woman without their consent, courts will typically enforce the doctrine of strict liability: i.e, a man is liable to support a child conceived with his sperm, irrespective of the circumstances of conception, including any criminal conduct on the part of the mother.

In our story above, Kasongo's arguments of tort liability for fraud or emotional trauma inflicted by perpetrator (Akoko), did not hold up in a Nairobi Court. The Magistrate was reluctant to remedy such grievances.
He ended up being punished with child support liability. He did not receive compensation for the unauthorized use of his biological fluids as he could not prove that he did not have sex with Akoko.

Again, that story is a satire๐Ÿ˜…

However, it could literally happen to anyone, so it is advisable to flush your condoms down the toilet or take them away after sexual intercourse so that no woman can use your sperm to impregnate herself.

I have seen a growing trend in the number of women tricking men into having a baby, usually by lying about contraception/ menstrual cycle... these women usually hope a child will smooth over issues in the relationship. If she wants to trap you, she might feel a baby will seal the deal.

Many women get pregnant after lying about taking the emergency pills without telling her boyfriend, hoping he would marry her. In most cases, men will break off the relationship and move to other women.

The Bible describes two cases in which a man is seduced by a woman under false pretences and becomes an unwitting sperm donor. These biblical women are sympathetic, and are shown acting for noble reasons; unlike modern women.

—The account of Lot and his daughters (Genesis 19:30–38):
Lot went up out of Zoar, and dwelt in a cave in the mountains; with his two daughters. The firstborn said unto the younger, Our father is old, and there is not a man in the earth to sleep with us. Let's make our father drunk and we will sleep with him; that we may preserve seeds of our father. They made their father drunk that night. The firstborn went in, and lay with her father; and he perceived not when she lay down, nor when she arose. The next day, the firstborn said unto the younger, well, I slept last night with our father, let's make him drunk again tonight; so you can sleep with him, that we may preserve seed of our father. The younger daughter slept with him also. They both conceived by their father.

—The account of Tamar and Judah ( Genesis 19:30–38):
Tamar deceives her father-in-law, Judah, into having sex with her by pretending to be a prostitute. When Judah discovers that Tamar is pregnant he prepares to have her abducted and killed, but calls it off when he finds out that he is the father. As a result, the twins Perez and Zerah were conceived.

Reported in some countries, are some cases where people steal sperm from famous men and sell it to women who want children sired by geniuses or rich guys.

Enjoy!!! But, remember to dispose off your used condoms in a secure place๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฃ

Zanzibar crackdown on men with braided hairstyles, as Africa imposes restrictive policies against homosexuality.

By RuzekiShadow News

Zanzibar authorities are enforcing a ban on all men wearing their hair in braided styles, braided hairstyles flout the law and local traditions and threatens people’s morals.

According to Zanzibar’s Culture Executive Secretary Omar Adam, men braiding their hair is dangerous to the future generation. It is a form of immorality and a culture which is adopted from outside Zanzibar.

Additionally, Mr Omar dismissed concerns that the move was targeting the LGBTQ community in the islands, where same-sex relationships are illegal.

This law against men braiding their hair is not new – it dates back to 2015 – but the authorities have only now started enforcing it.

Any man who enters or lives in Zanzibar with braided hair faces fines of over $400 or up to six months imprisonment – or both.

Despite Zanzibar being among top tourist destinations, the authorities say the enforcement will apply equally to visitors.

In April 2023, the government of Zanzibar banned 16 book titles and the use of rainbow colours in schools claiming that they advocated for LGBTQ rights.

This crackdown on the LGBTQ community in Zanzibar is just a tip of the iceberg, most African countries have imposed restrictive policies against homosexuality.

Penalties for gay sex generally include fines and prison time or even death penalty. The latest country to pass strict Anti-Homosexuality Act is Uganda.

Kenya is expected to pass a Family Protection Bill. This bill would impose a jail term of no less than five years on people found guilty of assembling, picketing, promoting or supporting LGBTQ-specific activities.

DEBRIEF: Facts you need to know about Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs)

When you’re shopping at a grocery, there are lots of decisions to make about the food you buy. Natural, organic, no added sugar, GMO or non-GMO. So in this article, we have considered all the facts you should know about GMO.

What is a GMO?

In short, genetically modified organisms (GMOs) are organisms whose genetic composition has been artificially altered through genetic engineering and processes.

The cells of these plants or animals have been inserted with a gene from an unrelated species in order to take on specific characteristics.

For example, plants might be genetically engineered to develop a resistance against insects or to increase nutrients and to develop other traits in plants, such as a resistance to browning in apples, and to create new organisms using synthetic biology.

How do scientists make GMO foods?

  1. Scientists transfer new DNA into plant cells.
  2. They grow the cells in tissue culture, and a plant develops.
  3. The new plant produces seeds.
  4. A person grows plants from the new seeds.
  5. The new plants will have genetic features that make them, for example, more nutritious or resistant to pests, disease, or climate factors.

But, why do we genetically alter food at all? And is it healthy? Should GMO food be labeled? Which foods contain GMOs? How GMOs impact environment? Here’s everything you need to know about GMOs.

Are GMOs safe?

There is no scientific consensus on the safety of GMOs. To date, there have been no independent and long-term epidemiological studies investigating potential effects of GMO food on human health.

Biotechnology companies have performed most of the research used to assert that GMOs are safe.

A comprehensive review of peer-reviewed animal feeding studies of GMOs found roughly an equal number of research groups raising concerns about genetically engineered foods and those suggesting GMOs were as safe and nutritious as conventional foods.

In United States, the FDA, U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Environmental Protection Agency - regulate GMOs for safety. According to the FDA, genetically modified foods are regulated the same as any other foods.

Are GMOs labeled?

About sixty countries around the world, including Britain, Australia, Japan, and all of the countries in the European Union, require genetically modified foods to be labeled.

Canada does not require any GMO labeling. Recently in United States, the USDA requires food sellers to label GMO products as bioengineered (BE) or contains a bioengineered food ingredient to help customers easily identify them.

Which foods contain GMOs?

  • More than 40 types of plants have been genetically modified globally.
  • The most common genetically modified plants are corn, canola, soybean and cotton.
  • Others include papayas, chrysanthemums, poplars, spruce, tobacco, rice, cranberries, raspberries and walnuts.
  • Most packaged foods contain ingredients derived from corn, soy, canola, and sugar beet — and the vast majority of those crops grown in North America are genetically modified.
  • Genetically engineered ingredients are common in animal products.
  • Processed inputs, including those from synthetic biology for example hydrolyzed vegetable protein, corn syrup, molasses, sucrose, textured vegetable protein, flavorings, vitamins yeast products, microbes & enzymes, flavors, oils & fats, proteins, and sweeteners.

How do GMOs affect farmers and consumers?

Most of the GMO crops grown today were developed to help farmers prevent crop loss. The three most common traits found in GMO crops are:

  • Resistance to insect damage
  • Tolerance to herbicides
  • Resistance to plant viruses

For GMO crops that are resistant to insect damage, farmers can apply fewer spray pesticides to protect the crops. GMO crops that are tolerant to herbicides help farmers control weeds without damaging the crops.

When farmers use these herbicide-tolerant crops they do not need to till the soil, which they normally do to get rid of weeds. This no-till planting helps to maintain soil health and lower fuel and labor use. Taken together, studies have shown positive economic and environmental impacts.

The most common GMO crops were developed to address the needs of farmers, but in turn they can help foods become more accessible and affordable for consumers. Some GMO crops were developed specifically to benefit consumers.

For example, GMO apples that do not brown when cut are now available for sale and may help reduce food waste. A GMO soybean that is used to create a healthier oil is commercially grown and available.

Plant scientists continue to develop GMO crops that they hope will benefit consumers.

What are the impacts of GMOs on biodiversity and the environment?

Climate change and severe weather events are disrupting normal food production and supply. GMO foods have helped maintain supplies in the face of changing environmental conditions and a rapidly growing global population. Genetically modifying some foods could make them:

  • Easier to store and transport
  • Less prone to waste due to disease and aging
  • More likely to grow in areas with poor quality soil
  • Higher in nutrients.

However, there are several environmental concerns of GMOs, which include the following:

  • The risk of outcrossing, where genes from GMO foods pass into wild plants and other crops
  • A negative impact on insects and other species
  • Reduction in other plant types, leading to a loss of biodiversity.

Be responsible for what you consume and make healthy eating a regular habit. Read science-based, reliable sources of information, and avoid unverified statements about GMOs.

Pumpkin Seed Oil Good for your Breast growth. How to make, use and its benefits!

Pumpkin Seed Oil.                                   Support Our Work!

Pumpkin seeds are rich in nutrients, including vitamin B1, B6, E, A and K, zinc, magnesium, potassium, calcium, carotenoids, Omega-6 and-3 unsaturated fatty acids. The oil, which is also know as black oil" or "green gold moisturizes and fight damage from free radicals. High amount of zinc and vitamin E improve the skin tone, help wounds heal rapidly, fight acne and help with skin renewal. Dermatologists and breast specialists have found out that Pumpkin seed oil has the ability to 'firm' and 'lift' your breast. In order to reap noticeable benefits, it's recommended that you use this product consistently for at least 3 weeks.

    Homemade pumpkin seed oil.

The procedure of extracting the pumpkin seed oil is very tedious and time consuming especially when you are doing it manually.

    1. Take a ripened pumpkin, using a very sharp knife, split the pumpkin apart; to expose the seeds.
    2. Gather and remove all of the seeds, manually separating them from the pumpkin pulp.
    3. Wash the seeds thoroughly and dry them completely. The seeds must be cleaned of all the fibrous materials.
    4. Dry them in the sun for 48 hours or roast the seeds for a few minutes in the oven. The amount of roasting and the temperature will have a great impact on the overall quality of the oil. Do not to burn the seeds.
    5. Firmly press the roasted seeds using a mortar and pestle or any other available tool to extract the oil.
    6. Collect the oil and allow it to cool in a container for at least 30 minutes.

Good work! Your homemade pumpkin seed oil is ready for use.

    Breast Massage.

Breast massage is a process of rubbing breast muscles with hands in a particular direction and motion to improve the growth and the shape of breasts.

    1. Take a warm shower and wipe off yourself.
    2. It is important to find yourself a comfortable position.
    3. Apply the pumpkin seed oil on your breasts and rub it over to warm them up by increasing the blood circulation.
    4. Put palms of your hands on both breasts and move in circular motion, one hand moving in clockwise and the other in anticlockwise direction.
    5. Start massaging in inward direction in a circular motion using your oiled fingers. Ensure you use enough oil to reduce friction.
    6. Put some uniform pressure on both breasts as you claw and squeeze them upwards.
    7. Pat and spank your breasts on each side for a minute.
    8. Do about 80 uniform gyratory motions, which hardly take 10 minutes for optimal results.

    Final Advice.

Breast massage using pumpkin seed oil stimulates breast growth hormones and improves size and firmness of breasts. Now that you know how to extract and use the pumpkin seed oil, it is significant to do proper and regular breast massage. Believe it or not pumpkin seed oil is the most effective product to get firm, upright and enlarged breasts. A massage alone will not give you these optimal results therefore, ensure you are having proper diet and consistency doing exercises. In addition, there are many benefits of pumpkin seeds to both women and men.

12 Scientifically Proven Benefits of Pumpkin Seeds

Pumpkin seeds are small in size, but they’re packed full of nutritional components. Eating a small quantity of Pumpkin seeds can provide someone with a significant amount of magnesium, zinc and healthy unsaturated fats, which include alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). Therefore, pumpkin seeds are associated with some health benefits, which include improved heart health, prostate health and protection against certain types of cancers. In addition, these pumpkin seeds can be easily integrated into ones diet. Listed below are the 12 scientifically proven benefits of pumpkin seeds.

    1. Full of Nutritional Components

Pumpkin seeds are the edible seeds of a pumpkin. Unlike the hard white seeds from a carving pumpkin, most pumpkin seeds bought from the supermarket do not have a shell. These shell-free seeds are flat and oval in shape, and have a green color. There are roughly 151 calories in one ounce (28 grams) of shell-free pumpkin seeds, mainly from fat and protein. In addition, a 1-oz (28-gram) serving contains Fiber(1.7 grams), Carbs(5 grams), Protein (7 grams), Fat (13 grams), Vitamin K (18% of the RDI), Phosphorous (33% of the RDI), Manganese (42% of the RDI) Magnesium (37% of the RDI), Iron (23% of the RDI), Zinc (14% of the RDI), Copper (19% of the RDI). They also contain lots of antioxidants and a decent quantity of polyunsaturated fatty acids, potassium, vitamin B2 (riboflavin) and folate. Pumpkin seeds and seed oil also contain many other nutrients that have been shown to provide health benefits. Bottom Line: Pumpkin seeds are rich in antioxidants, iron, zinc, magnesium and many other nutrients. An ounce (28 grams) contains about 151 calories.

    2. High in Antioxidants

Pumpkin seeds contain antioxidants like carotenoids (the yellow, red, and orange colors in vegetables) and vitamin E. Antioxidants can reduce inflammation and protect your cells from harmful free radicals. Because of this, consuming foods rich in antioxidants can help protect against many different diseases. It's thought that the high levels of antioxidants in pumpkins seeds are partly responsible for their positive effects on health. In one study, inflammation was reduced when rats with arthritis were given pumpkin seed oil. Rats given an anti-inflammatory drug experienced negative side effects, whereas rats given pumpkin seed oil had no side effects. Pumpkin seeds are full of antioxidants that may help protect against disease and reduce inflammation.

    3. Reduces Risk of Certain Cancers

Diets rich in pumpkin seeds have been associated with lower levels of stomach, breast, lung, prostate and colon cancers. A large observational study found that eating them was associated with a reduced risk of breast cancer in postmenopausal women. Others studies suggest that the lignans in pumpkin seeds may play a key role in the prevention and treatment of breast cancer. Lignans are special plant chemicals that can help to balance hormones. Further test-tube studies found that a supplement containing pumpkin seeds had the potential to slow down the growth of prostate cancer cells. Some evidence suggests that pumpkin seeds may help to prevent certain cancers.

    4. Improves Prostate and Bladder Health

Pumpkin seeds may help relieve symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), a condition where the prostate gland enlarges and can cause problems with urination. Several studies in humans found that eating these seeds reduced symptoms that are associated with BPH. A study of over 1,400 men looked at the effects of consuming pumpkin seeds on BPH. After one year, men receiving them reported reduced symptoms and a better quality of life. There is also research to suggest that taking pumpkin seeds or their products as supplements can help treat symptoms of an overactive bladder. One study found that taking a supplement of 10 grams of pumpkin seed extract daily improved urinary function in 45 men and women with overactive bladders. Pumpkin seeds may reduce symptoms of benign prostate enlargement and an overactive bladder.

    5. High in Magnesium

Pumpkin seeds are one of the best natural sources of magnesium. This is important, since magnesium deficiency is common in many Western countries. In the US, around 79% of adults had a magnesium intake below the recommended daily amount. Magnesium is necessary for more than 600 chemical reactions in the body. Adequate levels of magnesium are important for: Controlling blood pressure, Reducing heart disease risk, Forming and maintaining healthy bones, Regulating blood sugar levels. Pumpkin seeds are a rich source of magnesium. Healthy magnesium levels are important for your blood pressure, heart health, bone health and blood sugar levels.

    6. Improves Heart Health

Pumpkin seeds are a good source of antioxidants, magnesium, zinc and fatty acids, all of which may help keep your heart healthy. Animal studies have also shown that pumpkin seed oil can help reduce high blood pressure and high cholesterol levels. These are two important risk factors for heart disease. A study involving 35 postmenopausal women found that pumpkin seed oil supplements reduced diastolic blood pressure by 7% and increased the “good” HDL cholesterol by 16% over a 12-week period. Other studies suggest that it may be the nitric oxide enzymes contained in pumpkin seed oil that are responsible for its positive effects on heart health. Nitric oxide helps expand blood vessels, improving blood flow and reducing the risk of plaque growth in the arteries. Nutrients in pumpkin seeds may help keep your heart healthy by reducing blood pressure and increasing good cholesterol.

    7. Lowers Blood Sugar Levels

Animal studies have shown that pumpkin, pumpkin seeds, pumpkin seed powder and pumpkin juice can reduce blood sugar. This is especially important for people with diabetes, who may struggle to control their blood sugar levels. Several studies have found that supplementing the diet with pumpkin juice or seed powder reduced blood sugar levels in people with type 2 diabetes. The high magnesium content of pumpkin seeds may be responsible for its positive effect on diabetes. An observational study involving over 127,000 men and women found that diets rich in magnesium were associated with a 33% lower risk of type 2 diabetes in men and a 34% lower risk in women. More research is needed to confirm this beneficial effect on blood sugar levels. Pumpkin seeds may help reduce blood sugar levels for people with type 2 diabetes. However, more research is needed.

    8. High Fiber Content

Pumpkin seeds are a great source of dietary fiber. Whole seeds provide 5.2 grams of fiber in a single 1-oz (28-gram) serving. However, pumpkin kernels with the shell removed contain 1.7 grams of fiber per ounce. These are the green pumpkin seeds available in most supermarkets. A diet high in fiber can promote good digestive health. In addition, high-fiber diets have been associated with a reduced risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes and obesity. Whole pumpkin seeds are an excellent source of fiber. Diets high in fiber are associated with many health benefits, including a reduced risk of heart disease, diabetes and obesity.

    9. Improves Sperm Quality

Low zinc levels are associated with reduced sperm quality and an increased risk of infertility in men. Since pumpkin seeds are a rich source of zinc, they may help improve sperm quality. Evidence from one study in mice suggests they may also help protect human sperm from damage caused by chemotherapy and autoimmune diseases. Pumpkin seeds are also high in antioxidants and other nutrients that can contribute to healthy testosterone levels and improve overall health. Together, all these factors may benefit fertility levels and reproductive function, especially in men. The high zinc content of pumpkin seeds may help improve sperm quality and fertility in men.

    10. Helps Improve Sleep

If you have trouble sleeping, you may want to eat some pumpkin seeds before bed. They’re a natural source of tryptophan, an amino acid that can help promote sleep. Consuming around 1 gram of tryptophan daily is thought to help improve sleep. However, you would need to eat around 200 grams of pumpkin seeds to get the necessary 1 gram of tryptophan. The zinc in these seeds can also help convert tryptophan to serotonin, which is then changed into melatonin, the hormone that regulates your sleep cycle. In addition, pumpkin seeds are an excellent source of magnesium. Adequate magnesium levels have also been associated with better sleep. Some small studies have found that taking a magnesium supplement improved sleep quality and total sleep time in people with low magnesium levels. Pumpkin seeds are a good source of tryptophan, zinc and magnesium, all of which help promote good sleep.

    11. Easy to Add to Your Diet

If you’d like to experience the benefits of pumpkin seeds, they’re easy to incorporate into your diet. In many countries, they’re a popular snack that can be eaten either raw or roasted, salted or unsalted. As well as eating them alone, you can add them to smoothies or to Greek yogurt and fruit. You could incorporate them into meals by sprinkling them into salads, soups or cereals. Some people use pumpkin seeds in baking, as an ingredient for sweet or savory bread and cakes. However, as with many seeds and nuts, they contain phytic acid, which can reduce the bio-availability of some nutrients you eat. If you eat seeds and nuts regularly, you may want to soak or sprout them to reduce the phytic acid content. Roasting them may also help. Pumpkin seeds can be easily incorporated into the diet as a snack or as an additional ingredient in meals or baking.
