Kenya is facing a governance crisis, and it's time for a reckoning.
Every elected and appointed leader must be held accountable for their actions.
The recently dismissed CSs forgot that they serve the Kenyan people, not their own interests.
Their pursuit of power, politics and wealth led them to attempt to destroy Kenya at all costs.
I believe the best course of action for the country is for every voter to support President Ruto in his efforts to restore honesty, humility and integrity to the Cabinet of Kenya.
This may require some former CSs to also be held accountable for their actions while still in office.
The truth is, most CSs in this administration and previous administrations have been corrupt in various ways. Remember the famous NYS scandal, KEMSA heist, BBI nonsense, Corona thing, Kenya Power mismanagement, Extrajudicial killings-River Yala, Shakahola & the ongoing Kware horror, Fake fertilizers, Sugar and Edible oil issues, other embezzlement, mismanagement and misuse of public offices.
While this may be an unpopular opinion, I firmly believe that Dr. William Ruto is the most humble politician in the current political landscape. He listens to his people.
Despite his Cabinet's controversial reputation, his near- two-year track record shows that he has been good for the country.
I urge all Kenyans to consider joining hands with President Ruto, Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua and Prime CS Musalia Mudavadi to select and appoint better Cabinet nominees.
I strongly rebuke some residents of Elgeyo Marakwet especially from Kamwosor for defending former CS Murkomen and calling for his reinstatement. I love Murkomen as the politician, not the CS.
The time of 'mtu wetu' is long gone. Hiyo ujinga hatutaki tena Kenya!

If called upon to serve Kenyans, do not decline it or claim you are on maternity leave like Justina Wamae, or that arrogant LSK Odhiambo.

Kenyans have a constitutional power to assemble and discuss governance, development, integrity and corruption. It is long overdue.
If our MPs don't provide oversight anymore, who will?
Unfortunately, our MPs have become auctioneers/brokers/self-serving/arrogant/etc...
The longer a person stays in office, the more power they obtain.
So, I think term limits will prevent politicians from turning office-holding into a looting/business career.
Additionally, Kenyans should be able to easily recall those underperforming leaders.
Some of you are asking what is a RECALL?
A recall is the power of the voters to remove elected officials before their terms expire.
It should be a crucial part of our governance.
Voters can use recall when they wish to express their dissatisfaction with elected representatives, like MCA, MP, Women Rep or Senator. For Governor or President, we have the impeachment clauses.
For example, if the residents of Mogotio Constituency are with their MP, a recall can be initiated by anyone who must receive, say, half the signatures of the total registered voters in that Constituency. Then the voters will head to the ballot, again.
I say, it is time we have some constitutional amendments in Kenya:

✓ Recall of Elected Leaders.
✓ Strictly no politicians in Cabinet.
